The Wildcrafting Brewer by Pascal Baudar sounds like an amazing book

Mountain soda in progress (photo from a few months ago). White fir, pinyon pine, lemon, manzanita berries (2 types), wild mints, California juniper berries, yarrow, mugwort, black sage and stuff. Wild yeast starter from local juniper berries. Honey as the sugar source.
